🐣CHICK-EGG- RICE TRAY🐣 Dyed DRY RICE is one 🐣CHICK-EGG- RICE TRAY🐣 Dyed DRY RICE is one of the easiest base fillers to make! I usually make a batch of new colored rice once in a blue moon and keep it stored in a resealable bag for months! It’s a great life-safer to have when you need it 😁 and so easy to setup! 🙌🏻 HOW TO DYE RICE: ⭐️ Add 1 cup per color to a resealable bag ⭐️ Squirt non-toxic paint OR food coloring in the bag (We used paint to dye the rice) ⭐️ Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the bag (this helps set the color) ⭐️ Close the bag and mix until all the rice is covered in color ⭐️ Pour out on a baking tray covered with parchment paper ⭐️ Once dry setup in a sensory tray or large bin ❗️ Use a sheet or shower curtain underneath the bin/tray for easy cleanup The wooden tray and scoops that we used are from my Etsy shop (link in bio) and the cute little 🐥 chicks are from @biglots. ⚠️Adult supervision required during playtime.
